Electronic Design Automation Lab

The EDA Lab is affiliated with the Institute of Computer Software, Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University. We are devoted to frontier research on Electronic design automation (EDA), AI enpowered design for integrated circuits. The lab has long been undertaking national-level research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China, and national key R&D programs, and has published a large number of papers in leading journals and conferences in these areas.

We emphasize the combination of theory and practice, and our research results have been widely applied in industry. The lab maintains close collaborations with well-known companies and research institutions, and is committed to cultivating high-level talents with international vision and innovation capability.
